I was pulled over for 114 km in an 80. It was early morning, and when the officer began to follow me, my speed was 95. She tailgated me (I did not realize it was a police car), and as a result, I increased my speed to avoid being tailgated. I did so because it was deer season, and if I needed to stop rapidly, she would likely have hit me. Had she pulled me over immediately, my ticket would have been significantly lower.

i got a ticket in hawthorne, i live in reno i would like to pay it online can i?

I got a speeding ticket a little over a month ago going 55 in a 35 zone. The officer told me to plead not guilty and ask for a trial date so i dont get points on my license. I did that and go to court tomorrow. Does this mean my license will be clean since he said there will be no points? Also is the violation on my record now or does it take a while?

Is there a way around this? I heard that you don't have to show up to take care of the ticket, only because the ticket was not personally served to you. There is no way to prove you recieved it by mail. ???

Will my NJ speeding ticket points cause my car insurance to increase, as a resident of PA? Also, I have read that the traffic points will not carry over to my PA license. Is this true? Please help!
I'm not disputing the fact that I did something wrong. I'm just trying to assess the damage.

I got pulled over in Long Island New York for going 81 on a 55. How many points? How much would it cost? Can I beat this ticket?

I travel to Colorado frequently for work and got a speeding ticket last time there trying to catch a flight out of town. I'm going back tomorrow and need to pay my ticket so I don't have any problems.

Is there a way I can pay the ticket online?
