How do i beat this speeding ticket?
WAS PULLED OVER COP SAID I WAS GOING 70 IN A 55 I SAW THE RADAR AND THE COP CONFIRMED THE RADAR DID NOT SAY 70 IT SAID 69, HE THEN PROCEEDED TO WRITE THE TICKET FOR THE 70 HE SAID I WAS DOING AND NOT THE POSTED AMOUNT ON THE RADAR. I HAVE ASKED FOR A TRIAL.

taking money from the poor is a more severe penalty than taking it from the rich even though it is the same offense.

The "citation" has a section that says "WITHOUT ADMITTING GUILT, I promise to comply with the terms of this Ticket and Release." Then it has the word Signature and then a big X followed by a line where I'm supposed to sign. My last speeding ticket I signed it, but this one I wasn't made too. Can I get out of this on a technicality?

3 days ago I got into a car accident, where I turned to the right in the last second to save my life. But I got a speeding ticket in US WA. The ticket number is 46.61.400 the officer wrote " Speed too fast for condition". When I cheked the Washington site for the price of the ticket fine it is . But I the officer told me to pay 7.
I am originally from Canada BC.
Can some one please expalin to me if what the officer did was correct? if not what can I do about it?

Got speeding ticket in Georgia, live in Florida….?
I got a speeding ticket in Lowndes County, Georgia. I was going 88mph on a 70mph zone (on the I-75). I called the sheriff's office there and they said to mail a money order of 0 to pay for the ticket.
Supposedly, Georgia does not offer the driving school option (like Florida) so the points don't put on my license. Can I go to driving school in Florida so the points don't get put on?
Any suggestions? Please don't tell me that I shouldn't have been speeding in the first place. I am not looking for that kind of answer. I am trying to find out how to go about taking care of the ticket. No, I do not want to hire a lawyer. Thanks!

Officer claims he I made three lane changes without signaling
Claims I went 53 in a 35
When he pulled me over, he came to the window with he’s partner
He asked me do you know why I pulled you over?
I said why?
He said you have some nerve asking me

He said I got you on the radar going 53 (I could tell by hes body language and tone in voice that he is unsure of the real speed he didn’t use a radar).
He told me im going to not write a ticket for the lane changes, and he is going to REDUCE the speed from 53 to 50.
On the ticket he makes a note: 3 lane changes W/O signaling
and 53 in a 35.
On the ticket he put safe speed 40 speed I was traveling 50
My question is: my defense in court would be only for the speeding? And isn’t he falsifying a legal document for claiming 53 on the radar then writing 50.
or what can i say? i need a clean record for work it is important

A friend rented a car while visiting in AZ (we are both from different states). I was driving it, and apparently was speeding. She got a photo speeding ticket. Michigan Speeding Ticket?
I was given a ticket for going 72 in a construction zone on I-275. There were no workers in the zone and I was going along with the flow of traffice. The trooper said he was going to cite me for going 5 miles over. He also said that since I was from Ohio he was holding my license in lieu of bail. I need to know if confiscating a license for a relatively minor amount is standard in Michigan. It seems severe especially when no workers were present and I wasn't weaving in and out of traffic or in any other way creating a hazzard.
