Lost my speeding ticket, and I need to pay it… where do I go to get another copy, or do I need to?
I live in Alberta to start things off, in case that matters.
I got a speeding ticket a few months back, and the payment was due sometime soon--I believe Jan 22nd or 25th. I can't for the life of me remember where I put it, but I want to make sure I get it paid on time. I tried looking it up but couldn't seem to find an answer. Where can I go to either get another copy so I can pay it, or can I just bring my driver's license when I pay and they'll be able to find it on their system? I'll keep looking of course, but it's beginning to be an emergency as the day gets closer, especially since I can't remember exactly which day it was due.

I was charged with DUI with serious bodily injury. My passenger was injured. He is going to be alright, thank god. I have no record, just a couple speeding tickets. I have an attorney, but I am looking for other opinions on the best way to fight this or possibly get me a better outcome. I live in Florida. Thanks for the input!

Question Details:ok, my georgia driver's license has been suspended for 6 months, i got 4 points because i was speeding over 30 on local..and i was 18 at the time i got the ticket, now im 19.
It says that I can send a handwritten appeal within 10 days, i need to know, how can I persuade them from suspending it through the appeal ? please help!!
i mean, how can i persuade them from not suspending it!
and it clearly says on the paper that the license is suspended because of the ticket i got for speeding at 76 in a 45 zone area.

I was speeding in New York (76 in a 55mph zone). I got the ticket for 21 over. It cost me 0. I should have fought it, but I didn't. I recently recieved a letter from the NY DMV saying I now have 6 points on my license! Once you get six points on your New York license, you have to pay 0. These are my main questions: 1) the same violation in Michigan is only worth 4 points. So do the NY 6 points or the MI 4 points go on my record? (i am a resident of Michigan and have a Michigan license) 2) since I don't have a NY license do I even have to bother paying the 0? the letter says my NY State license will be suspended if I don't pay. but, should i care?

Trial by Jury Speeding Ticket State of Illinois Dupage County?
Hello everyone I have a couple of questions for the law experts. I just got a ticket a few hours ago for speeding which i was not. The place where i got the ticket was very close to a nightclub and the cop though i got out of that nightclub celebrating the Bears win over Saints (i live in Illinois) and thought i was driving under influence and pulled me over but noticed that i was not drunk and told me i was speeding. I asked him to see the radar and he said that he does not have to show me the radar. So for sure I am going to court to fight this.
Now my first question is can he actually do that i though he has to show the radar when he pulls someone over for speeding?
My second question is can i ask for a trial by jury and is there any fees that you pay if you do ask that? (this is of course if the cop does show up)

I was driving on I-95 in VA, the cop pulled me of for going 89 in a 55mph zone. I had no idea I was going that fast, it was late at night and just going with the flow of traffic.
