I received a speeding ticket like a month ago and I have not received any letter from?

the court of anyone on how much I need to pay for speeding. I received the ticket in California Chatsworth. what can I do or what should I do.

  1. Courtesy notices usually go out within 21 days, so if you did not get one there may be a problem with your address, etc.

    You can get a lot of information there, and if you click on the "options for handling a citation" link, you can take care of everything on line.

    (And please, nobody post telling him to "look on the ticket" for the fine. Citations in California do not have that information.)

  2. On the ticket there should have been a court date listed for when you had to go to court for it.
    If not, I would call–the number may be on the ticket as well.
