   You have a provisional license, which means you already agreed to forfeit your license if you had a ticket until 18. You will forfeit your license until 18. If you don’t like this, find a new state. I still can’t believe guys are still driving unsafely knowing it will cost them their license. This has been the law for about to be 10 years now. Why? What was your over-indulgent need to speed? You where taught this in driver’s ed. What? You didn’t think it would actually apply to you?

   I’m sorry if I don’t sound sympathtic, but the law doesn’t usually make exceptions. Get a speeding ticket, lose your license, it’s that simple. The law is there for a reason, and it makes no difference if your mom or dad was in the car. It’s actually worse in the view of the judge (who will hear the case).

   Nothing if you havent paid or appeared for the ticket. It is not a conviction yet. For one ticket, I don;t think anything will happen provided it isn’t over say 20 mph over the limit.
