i received a ticket for going 64 miles on a 45 road.

This weekend I got pulled over by a woman sheriff for going 80 in a 65 mph zone. She issued me a 0 ticket. I believe this officer could have been more lenient since this is my first citation but thats another story.

I’m supposed to enlist into the delayed entry program for the Marine Corps this monday. Will this speeding ticket make me ineligible to join the corps at this times?

I usually go 7 or 8 miles above the speed limit…

I have been stressing about it alot and the speeding ticket costs . Will i be ok if I pay it?

i want to know if any one can get me any ideal on thurday my daughther got soap in her eye i thoght i had wash it out on firday she woke up crying said her eye hurt i call the doctor to see if i can get her in because i knew they close at 1pm
i got my kids ready and try to get her there fast that i can i was speed a little not that much i thoght the speed limet was 50 and it was 45 the cop could see my daugther in pain and he did not either tell me how fast i was going what i get if i was speed why did he too so long to pull me over where he pull was about 3 mill befor he pull me over i just look see how fast i was going it was 54 not 68 thicket said it got me with a radar
how do i know it was for me there a lot of cars on that road i could go to court i could loose and get the point or i can do or thake the school on dvd i did that one before about 7 year ago i don’t how the online is if ya was me what will ya do

Needs legal advice! I was issued a ticket a month ago and am due to appear in court the 9th for 28-708A Exhibition of Speed. I was pulling out of an apartment complex in a manual transmission and slipped the clutch by accident, causing my tires to squeal. The other day I was at the intersection red light pulled next to a cop. When the light turned green I was tempted to speed up to 45 mph quicker than him (not over 45). I wouldn’t spin the tires but I would have just accelerated past him.

Would this get me a ticket? Alot of people drive so slow around cops and even when you are going the speed limit the cops tailgate you it’s annoying

I am not bothered for my license getting cancelled because I am using my national DL. Should I bother appearing in court & settling the fine amount. I will leave the country in about a month. Will it effect my immigration/Visa processing during any next visit.
What will be the fine amount for 20mph over speed?

I am a foreign driving licence holder. Recently i received a ticket issued on 14/9/06 for a 5 mile over speed in town on 26/08/06 which is caught by speed camera. Heard there is a law saying that the ticket is invalid after 14 days of fine (am not sure the 14dsays consider as working day or normal day). What should i do now?

i went 30 mph on a 20 mph school zone…(i was trying to slow down when the see the school signs, but too late… the police was already standing in the middle of the street to pull me over) and got a 7 ticket… i sent the ticket to ask them to give me a mitigation by mail. and now…. i need to write a good reason and send the letter back to the court. I was on the CA-152W and I got a speeding ticket, clocked at 80mph, in a construction zone of 40mph. What is the fine and what are my options? I didn’t realize it was a construction zone and I don’t think I was going that fast. It was marked as an infraction and this is my first ticket. I plan on contesting it and hopefully the officer will not show.. What should I do/say? And how much is the fine..? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

i just got a ticket for going 57 on a 40. before that about 6 months ago i got a ticket of going 100, and is already paid off.

so im wondering how much is the new ticket going to be?

I was supposed to go to the court to pay for a ticket today. Instead I went yesterday to an attorney (to avoid points on my driver license records) After I left the lawyer office, I received a phone call from his office indicating that there was a form she forgot to make me sign. I realized about the phone until last night. I’ve trying to call the lawyer assistant today, but it seems like she is not working as she is not responding my messages.

What do I need to do at this point?

The officer claimed I was doing 112 mph on the New york – new jersey turnpike which has a speed limit of 65 mph. This happened in MT laurel NJ.Do you think I would need an attorney and what are the benefits of one in this case?

Technically, the ticket writes a person up for going ten mph over the speed limit. Is that too risky? Is five mph over the speed limit a good bet instead?

About how much do these cost? If it varies by state or city how much is it compared to a normal speeding ticket cost? I’ve gotten and paid for a couple of speeding tickets in Texas for about 0 . I’m just wondering if its similar or a more severe violation. I tried finding it on the website but couldn’t and the office is closed right now.

just got a ticket… didnt even realize i was going that fast. the speed is alot over the limit. anybody have any idea how much i should expect it to be? btw, it happened in the bay area.. livermore.
it is a infraction. just speeding and i do not have to go to court but i can when they send me the court date. if i dont they will just send me a ticket.
