Hi, i was pulled over today for going 91mph in a 55… I am 19, go to college, and own my dads shitty old 97 Chevy astro van.

I was pulled over on IL 53 on my way back from my job @ the palatine UPS hub. So i received the ticket around rolling meadows…

Does anyone know how much the ticket will probably cost me? and an estimate on how much my insurance will rise?
ive never had a ticket b4 and i didnt get a reckless driving mark

So i was coming back from Jackson, CA to Sacramento and while i was on highway 16 i got pulled over for going 76 in the 55 zone.

any idea how much this is going to cost me?
BTW it was about 11 pm almost 12 am when i got pulled over the highway was empty not counting about 5-600 feet away was another car that i ending catching up to as the person driving was going about 63-69 mph but i did slow down as i caught up

i was going 70 in a 40 zone, in lakewood, ca. i made up an excuse and he gave me a ticket for not obaying a sign instead. any idea how much this might cost.

I just got a speeding ticket in MN for what the cop says was 71 in a 55. We were going opposite directions so I don’t know how accurate that is. Is there a way to find out how much the ticket will be. Also, would going to court help reduce the fine or give me other options? What if I can’t pay for it? Will I have a warrant just for having in sufficient funds or are there other options such as community service or jail time that I could just serve so I don’t have to wait for a warrant then deal with it? Also, if I go to court do I need to worry about a lawyer? TY for the help.

I was written down at 75 in a 65 zone(15 north freeway in California near Mira Mesa). This is the first ticket I have ever gotten and was actually the first time I was ever stopped by a chp officer. I’m not sure if this would affect the cost/fine but I am 19, almost 20 and am currently going to college.

There was no set amount anywhere on the ticket. The irony in all this is that the cop who pulled me over is my friend’s uncle, the same friend i normally give a ride to school, but he wasnt there that time. He told me that if i had told him earlier he could’ve called his uncle to cancel the ticket.
