Contesting a speeding ticket by a speed gun?
Contesting a speeding ticket by a speed gun?
There is no evidence except of the papers from the police station of the speed recorded and the owner of the car's statement that he say he employed me and i had hes car.
I have never worked for the past year and i have never driven any vehicle i asked for any emplyment detail and insuarances of the vehicle which the owner doesnt have any to identify it was me. so without all that evidence do you think i can stand a chance. if they owner comes and as he says he employed me then he does nt produce details e.g the license photocopy, passport photocopy, vehicle insuarance.
the officer has no other evidence except that paper from the police station. it could be any1

The officer will say you were speeding. Because of his training and experience, the court will consider that testimony credible. Unless you have a specific legal defense, you will be found guilty.
