Traffic Ticket Question?

If you have a Floriday DL and you get a ticket in California and it's for exibition of speed and is a midemenor, does it get reported back to Florida and does Florida recognize it as a midemenor?

  1. I would say Its very likely, it will go on your drivers record.

  2. If they have reciprocal agreements – yes. If not, then no.

  3. It dose get reported back to florida and they will go off what ever punishment they gave you here in CA

  4. Yes it will go back to florida and florida will reconize it as a misdemetor. Just try not to get any more moving violations. 2 more (assuming this is your first in the last year) and your license will be suspended.

  5. As long as you pay it I do not think so but when you don’t and a warrant is issued for you then they can enforce it anywhere in the USA
