Hire an English speaker lawyer and you might have a chance. What ever you do don’t open your mouth and show your lack of mastery of the English language.

    You’re Welcome.

Sorry, but obviously this is not your first offense, which means yes it might be suspended. I actually think it would be a good idea, since monetary finds hasn’t done anything to curb your desire to operate a vehicle in an unsafe manner. It is for our protection also, not just yours alone.
You can certainly requested to take your case to a judge, but be prepared to show proof that the vehicle and your license is a dire necessary to your home or family care, etc. For example you might be the only driver in your family to SUPPORT your family. As far as you getting to work there is always public transportation so don’t use that as a cop out.

You can, but don’t expect the judge to agree. The judge isn’t really going to care, and is going to likely suspend your license. Face it you keep speeding and it isn’t doing any good to give you a fine.
