Do speeding tickets go away for your first offense in the state of michigan?

    Check with the prosecutor. A lot of times, the prosecuting attorney’s office will have a program where you can pay to have your first speeding ticket removed from your record for a small fee.

    If you pay the ticket, it will go away from your driving record after 3 years!

    Usually for the first ticket if you pay the fine you get no points on your license.
