I got a speeding ticket and I decided to go for a hearing! But I made a mistake!?

I got a speeding ticket and I decided to go for a hearing! But I made a mistake! When the cop gave me a ticket, he asked me if I am pleading guilty and I said yes. He gave me two citations, one I am not pleading guilty and the other I am not sure (the speeding). now If I go to court will the cop say that I have already admitted by guilt orally?? If that bind me by law.

If I hire a attorney to fight my speeding ticket? Will I get a chance? How will the attorney fight for my rights?

You are not obligated to plea guilty because of the comments you made to the officer. You can change your mind at any time.

An attorney is a personal choice, so I have no opinion. Most do not charge for a consultation, so you could run your case by one and see what they say.

You can only enter a plea to the judge, whether you admitted to the officer or not, you can always change your plea when you are infront of the judge
