How do the online application questionnaires work?
I have filled out numerous online applications that have those annoying little 100 question questionnaires about your attitude and emotional state and what not like "You mostly feel sad all the time" Agree or Disagree etc. and I have never gotten a single call back when I applied. Am I doing something wrong?
I have no criminal records and I just have one speeding ticket that I still need to go to court for... I just don't get it.

It all depends on how you’re answering those personality questions. They are designed to ferret out anyone who may be a potential problem…someone who answers the question "I feel sad all the time" with a "yes" may be seen as someone who is unreliable, and may have a lot of absenteeism, or issues with getting along with co-workers. Through these questions, they get a good idea of your psychological state, and then decide who to hire or not depending on the outcome.
