I managed to get speed trapped in my company truck the other day. (First speeding ticket I’ve ever got.) So the cop writes me a ticket, but she marks the truck not being a commercial vehicle. The tags on the truck plainly state that it’s a commercial truck. Is there a difference between a commercial vehicle and a "commercial truck"? Really my question is, was this done to screw me out of more money, help me, or does it even have any bearing on anything?
I have a speeding ticket that was issued back in 2002 and am wondering if this will have any bearing on auto insurance when I purchase a new policy in the near future.
TIA
I’m from Massachusetts, btw

I should mention, I’m from Massachusetts.
