i was on the freeway and i think a california highway patrol was following me.
i think i was speeding and i dont think there were any radars around.
will i get a ticket even though they didnt pull me over?

i got a ticket from the photo radar but didnt recieve the ticket but was searching a court case from another county and seen my name under scottsdale court and it was traffic and said failure to appear.I remember getting a picture taken by the photo radar and expected something in mail nut when i never got anything i figured i wasnt getting a aticket or maybe it was nother car that got cited by the photo radar because i was on freeway and there were othr cars but like i said there was a failure to appear with my name and birthdate and the date i was driving and got my picture taken BUT NEVER RECIEVED ANY TICKET! would i have a warrant? im going to call the court tommorow and find out whats going on.
speeding ticket fine?
i was caught on the freeway for driving 75 in a 65 mph zone. i was driving with the flow of the traffic and i was the only one who got pulled over because my car is a sports car (a white tiburon, hyundai). anyways my fine is 2 which i think is completely bogus.. so when i go to court what do i do? its my 1st time going and will the judge ask me if i plead guilty right in the beginning or what? do i plead guilty but ask for a fine reduction? please help.
its my 1st ticket driving for 2 years.

Got a speeding ticket at 4am in California for exactly 100 mph. How much costs & will my license be suspended?
So yeah, I was driving back home on a long stretch of freeway that was only two lanes wide because of construction. It was late into the early morning & dark with no lights whatsoever other than the headlights on my car. I noticed a car behind me getting close and then backing away and then getting close again. My cell phone was dead and I was running out of gas. Basically I got scared this car was following me and started speeding up to get to the next exit as fast as I could. Turns out that the car behind me was an undercover. I was relieved, but disappointed in myself for allowing myself to get so paranoid over something so stupid as to being followed. lol Anyway so I told the officer why I sped up and I doubt he believed me (at least it seemed like he didn't). I don't have a past bad record or previous speeding tickets. My question is how much is my ticket going to cost and what are the chances of my license being suspended and if so, for how long?

does anyone know what would happen if you got a dui a year ago and have your driver license suspended for a year but then you get a speeding ticket on the freeway from a photo radar not an actual cop a year later and it was in someone elses car would that person with the suspended license go to jail or just have to pay fines the speed limit was 55 and the person was goin about 70 i think and this happened in arizona and the driver license was suspended a year ago and might be up to get back but not sure please if someone can help i would appreciate it
Speeding ticket in CA, no mention of traffic school on the citation, take traffic school anyway?
I received a ticket of going 96mph on a 65mph stretch of freeway in Los Angeles(Santa Clarita County.) On the citation they sent me in the mail, they mentioned NOTHING about traffic school. I already paid the 0+ fine. Should I go to traffic school to take the point off my record? Do I not have the option to go to traffic school since the citation they mailed me did not mention traffic school in one of the options? What if I enroll in traffic school anyway, without being pre-approved, will they point still be taken away? Thank you for your response in advance!
P.S I didnt want to go to court because I live 5 hours away from the courthouse.

If I was going 15 over the speed limit on the freeway, and the ticket I got didn't have the price I'd have to pay on it. How long will it take from the day I received the ticket for me to find out how much it will cost me?

Just got a radar speeding ticket in Arizona…will it go on my California record?
I was going 66 mph on the freeway...the speed limit posted was 55mph on that section of the highway (most sections are 65mph, but i was unaware of this posted speed limit)
Anyway...it is a civil citation. the ticket is 180 dollars that I can mail in. Will this go on my California Driving record. (Some sites say that radar tickets DO NOT go on a AZ residence record...but is this true and does this apply to CA?)

It was new year's day and there was barely any traffic and didn't notice my speed (everyone else was probably going about 80). I got ticketed when I drove to California for being 26 miles over the limit of 55. I did tell the officer I was from out of State but what I need to know is can I attend traffic school back in my home State of Texas to remove the ticket? My friends tell me the amount of speed makes it a felony so I am serious about having it removed, believe me the excessive speed was unintentional, I thought the speed limit was 70 on that section of freeway.

In Michigan, how do you argue a speeding ticket?
I know I shouldn't have been speeding. It was on the freeway, nobody around (or so I thought) at 2:09 AM, and I was going 74 in a 60 construction zone. My GPS still read 70. Is this arguable in court? Do I have a chance, or do you think I really will get the big fine? 
The construction zone didn't have workers present, or even trucks present. The road was actually fine except for a row of barrels (not lit up) on the side of the road.

I was pulled over for speeding at 85mph on a 65mph freeway. I was given a ticket. This is my first one in my life time. Will I get the traffic school option for sure? I haven't had anything in my life?

Would you like to make the speed limit unenforceable?
I was charged with speeding on the freeway at a time and place where a speed limit sign was required to enforce the law, but there was none posted. So, I went to court to fight the ticket and lost. Now, I'm going to appeal with the support of the National Motorists Association. After my case is overturned in the Court of Appeals, it will be official that the speed limit cannot be enforced on the expressway at the time and place speed limit signs are not visible.
You know what this means? Speed traps will disappear everywhere except in front of speed limit signs. I know that interests you!
So, these are my two questions:
1. Will you please help me with this cause and donate legal money for this battle? Just think of how much money a speeding ticket would cost you!
2. If you're a lawyer, would you be willing to fight the case with me?
I'm not ignorant of the law. The law actually says that the speed limit should not be enforced if at the time and place of the alleged violation a speed limit sign is not in proper position and able to be seen by an ordinarily observant person. I'm not disputing the fact of a speed limit, I'm disputing the fact of WHERE the limit can be enforced.
I'd also like to add that I'm pro-safety. The facts show that differences in speed are more dangerous than the speed itself. For example, everybody driving at 75 mph is safer than one person driving at 75mph and everybody else at 65 mph.
We all know that a large number of states in the USA have speed limits of 75 mph. So, I don't see what's the problem other than some stupid laws created for ticket revenue NOT safety.

I got pulled over in Raleigh, NC doing 69 in what i thought was 65, but was actually 60. Nevertheless i was pulled and have to appear in court.
