Me and a friend went to the local skatepark to skateboard. its maybe 200×200 feet with 10 foot fence. When we got there we found that the revolving gate was locked but there were still other skateboarders inside skating. so they told us just to hope the fence and we did so. After and hour of skating a cop pulled up so everyone inside got there stuff and proceeded to climb over the fence before the cop had even got out of the car. we all knew what we were doing was wrong so we were just going to leave with out him telling us to. when all of us got over the fence he proceeded to ask us what we were doing? if we could read the sign? why we were there? and so on so we answered truthfully. he then has us put our hands on the fence searches us handcuffs us and puts us in the back of a squad car. takes us down to the station books us takes our picture and writes us a 0 dollar bail bond. tells us we are getting in trouble for criminal trespassing and to show up for court on X day. we were all over the age of 18 so they allowed us to sign out and go on our way. Now during all of this we were never read our mirada rights and for my self at least have never had an encounter with the law no speeding tickets no nothing. also there are 4 of us that were takin in at the same time and we all were charged with the same crime and all have the same court date. so my question is what could i be charged with? what should i be expecting? and should i get a defense attorney? and anything else you can tell me.

thanks

A motorist was unknowingly caught in an automated speed trap that measured his speed using radar and photographed his car. He later received in the mail a ticket for and a photo of his car. Instead of payment, he sent the police department a photograph of . Several days later, he received a letter from the police that contained another picture, this time of handcuffs. He immediately mailed in his .
this was a joke sent to me. I was just wondering if the good ole days of flirting to get out of a ticket are gone.
I found out that it did really happen.

There was a man who was stopped for speeding at 100 miles per hour when the speed limit was 55 mph. The police officer wrote him a ticket, so in a rage of anger, the man shot and killed the police officer.

This way, the man avoided the speeding ticket becoming official. The man then drove away from the killed officer and went home.

Interestingly, he was taken to jail later that night in handcuffs eventhough he never got speeding ticket. He was charged with murdering the officer, but he will use the insanity defense so the man isn’t worried about the murder charge, (he was in a rage of anger).

But if he gets off on insanity AND the ticket can’t be officialize, he won’t get a speeding ticket, right?

I received a speeding ticket by mail, showing a photo of my car that was taken by one of those radar cameras. Being somewhat naughty, I just took a picture of the cash that I owed for the ticket, and sent that in as payment. A few weeks later, I recieved another ticket by mail, this one included the original photo of my car, as well as a picture of some handcuffs. Instead of sending in a check, I had a friend of mine take a picture of my bare buttocks (I was mooning the camera), and sent that in with the return stub of the ticket.

Any idea of what will happen next?
