I need some advice. I got a speeding ticket out of state I live in North Carolina and got a speeding ticket in South Carolina. I was doing 75 miles in a 60 mile hour zone. The ticket was in South Carolina and I have a NJ drivers license.
I got a ticket going 62 in a 45 this morning, and the cop said that since I was so honest (I have a radar detector and concealed weapon in the car) in telling him what I had that he would have no problem talking with the judge to have it reduced. On average, how much do you think my ticket will get reduced to? It’s a 0, 4-point ticket as of now. BTW, I’m in South Carolina.
I got a speeding ticket in Florida and South Carolina for going 10 over the limit and I paid the fine. I was told that I get points on my NC license for that. Does anyone know the website to go to so i can take the course which will evetually dismiss my points?
I recieved a speeding ticket in South Carolina. I was going 61 in a 40 mph zone. The officer gave me a traffic citation with the stipulation of no points and a 8 fine. He said that it wouldn’t go on my driving record, and it wouldn’t affect my insurance. Because there are no points is this true? Should I take the officer’s word? If an insurance agent could help that would be great too. Leace your agent licence number.

I’m an alien quite new to this country.
Within thirty minutes I received two tickets for Speeding in Virginia.
I was on a vacation with my family heading towards Cleveland.
This was the first time I was driving a rental luxury car.
The mistake was I was not able to feel the overspeed and the odometer was divised in 20’s which is new to me and not used to.
Now I want to know how the demerits from Virginia will affect my license in South Carolina.
Until that moment, I’ve had a Clean / Safe driving record.

I got a speeding ticket this past summer in South Carolina going exactly 25 mph over the speed limit. It was the first time I have ever been pulled over and have a clean record previous to the ticket. I got my license suspended for 6 months because of the GA under 21 speeding laws (I was 18 at the time, but 19 when the notification of it being suspended occured). Does anyone know if this is the correct punishment? Like does my age afterward affect anything or does the fact that I was in a different state than where I am from affect anything? ANY and ALL help would be much appreciated!
Hello,
I got a speeding ticket when i was going at 72mph on a 60 zone in South Carolina. I have a license in GA. Will the ticket be reported on my license? How many points will be deducted? This is my second speeding ticket on my license.
Thanks in advance.
Also which point system will be applicable for points deduction? SC one or the GA one??
